What a fun packed day we had yesterday in Safety Harbor and Tarpon Springs. And we even worked in a nice brisk walk through a park! Our friends fly home late today (weather permitting) and then on Thursday I am hosting Book Club. Looks like it will be a big turn out...wonder if it because of E's apricot glazed brownies? lol.

Our friends, Jo and Bill, called last night in the midst of 28 degree temps, 4 inches of snow with more on the way and said they are definitely going to proceed with house hunting here in Tarpon Springs or nearby Dunedin and will be snowbirds this time next year...yeah!!!!

Back into my routine tomorrow too...yoga at 9, laundry, and I may try to work in a second yoga practice at 10:15. Will have to see how the morning goes.

morning about 3-4 inches of snow so far and about that much more coming with blowing and drifting this afternoon.... tonigh science fair, musical practice and a basketball game to play for, 100s day project due, valentines to write out....yikes!

Good Morning! I'm off to the airport this morning to pick up Jill who is coming in for Winter retreat. Then we're off to Violette's, this cool LSS in Lakeland, to see what goodies she has for us!
It's a bit overcast so not sure if it's going to rain or not today. Last night, Michele and I went to Michael's and they had some new paper packs, one of which is retro, which I bought. They had a bunch of new things too. The girl told me that starting last weekend, they now accept only Michael's coupons and only 1 a day!! They used to accept Joann' ones and you could use them at the same time. Pretty stupid rule I think! But at least I got my 40% off the $14 item which was good.

Good morning! We have a good 4-5 inches of snow on the ground, and it is still snowing very heavily. DH had some problems getting to work, but he finally made it. Don't know about him coming home tonight if this continues at the rate it is. The kids are already bugging me to take them outside. Hope you all have a good day!

Good morning! The sun is out, but the 7.2" of snow is frozen solid to the ground, with temps not to go over 30 today. Not sure how that works on the melting part. The governor has closed state offices, which means I won't be going in today as I am a state employee. Woohoo!!! Hope I get something done, though, as yesterday was spent watching it snow, watching a stuck car try to get out of our cul-de-sac, watching the weather chat on the internet, trying to get a signal from DirecTV (never did). Oh - and I put THREE flowers on a LO, LOL. Way to go, Kath!
Had a message from the cardiology clinic this morning to call before dh's 3:00 pm appointment, as they will probably not be open. Great. Wait again.
And that's about all I know!

Wow, so glad I don't have any of that white stuff! It's so far a dry day here, I'm headed to work, nothing exciting happening today. I got my kit last night and started playing with the stamp and smooch ink, so I will probably try to put some stuff together now. That smooch dries fast! And is pretty cool looking. I will have to order some more of it, now that I know what it is .
