Skipping:
It is our goal at KNK to provide
a kit filled with the latest scrapbook products that all of our members
will enjoy! We hope that you will try and use all kits during your
membership, even if you think it might be something you initially
don't believe you will use.
One of the comments we continually
hear from members, is that they really thought they wouldn't like
a particular kit, until they received it and used it, and that has
turned out to be one of their favorite months! This is part of the fun and
excitement of a kit club, you get to receive products you may not have access
to, or never would have purchased on your own!
In order to be fair to all members, if you feel you must skip a kit, you
can skip 1 time in a 6 month membership.
However, this does disqualify you from our KNK Kudos Program for that current
membership as detailed above. If you do feel like you want to pick & choose which kits you
want, we offer the 1 month membership which you can purchase only for the
month you would like!
**In order to process your request prior to the automated billing cycle,
you must notify us by email no later than the 20th of the month to skip
the upcoming kit. This allows us adequate time to make sure you are not incorrectly billed, and removed from the shipping queue.
Member Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be done via email by no later than the
20th of the month. This gives us adequate time to stop your automatic
billing on the 25th. We will confirm your request by a return email. If your
request is received after the 20th, it will be processed for the following
month.
Returns:
If you need to return a kit for reasons other than damages, it must be returned
with the kit packaging unopened within 10 days of receiving your
kit. You must notify us by email or phone prior to returning your
kit for a refund of the kit price. Shipping is not refundable. Please

Damaged Kits:
If you receive a kit that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us
immediately by phone or email, so we can be aware of the damage,
and instruct you on how we send out replacements.
