I just signed up... Now what?

As soon as your membership order is placed you will receive an email with the Username and Password that you chose to access our Members Only area as well as an email invoice as confirmation of your order. For the entire length of your membership, you will have access to this area where you can view and purchase past kits, shop for additional embellishments & paper, shop for Specialty kits and Card Kits, browse and upload to the Hall of Fame Gallery, chat in the Scrapbook Café, and more!

How is my order processed?

When you sign up online, via our secure servers, your initial first month’s payment is processed immediately. Each month thereafter, for the length of your membership, your Credit Card on file is charged on the 25th of every month.

If you sign up by the 15th of the month, you will start with the current month's kits (*unless they are sold out).

If you sign up after the 15th of the month, you will begin with the next month's kit and will have the opportunity to buy previous kits in the Members Area, when available. Kits then begin shipping by the first of every month, and continue to ship the entire first week of every month.

I want to buy a multi-month membership. Do I have to pay up front for the entire subscription period?

Of course not! You will pay for your first month’s kit at the time you sign up for your membership. Then the following months, you will be billed by Credit Card on the 25th of each month, before your next kit is sent, for the remainder of your membership.

What happens when my Membership expires?

When your original membership expires, we will automatically renew you at the 6 month rate of $19.95, only if you had a previous 6 month membership! This way, you can continue to receive the kits without interruption, and enjoy the lower price as a returning member! When you decide you would like to discontinue the kit shipments, all you need to do is let us know. When your current membership expires, you will receive an email to let you know that your membership is ending, and will be renewed for you unless you notify us otherwise! *One month memberships will not be automatically renewed.

Do you give me ideas and pictures of samples with each kit?

We certainly do! With every kit you will receive a full color KNK Newsletter with ideas, articles, challenges and color pictures of sample layouts our Design Team has created using the current kit! Also, you can view hundreds of layouts in our Hall of Fame Gallery and even search the Gallery based on a particular month’s kit! Then you can head on over to the Scrapbook Café to chat with other members about how they used their kits!

I need to update my information, how do I do this?

Anytime you need to change or update any of your account information, you simply log into the Members Area using your Username and Password, and click on "My Preferences". Change the desired information, and click "Update". It's that simple! If you need to do an email/username or password change just email us directly at admin@knkclub.com, or call us at 877-565-8729. If I don't like a particular kit that I receive, what should I do?

If for some reason you do not like one of the kits you receive, or feel you cannot use it, then you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days for a full refund minus shipping, or a credit towards another month's kit! What if I want more embellishments, paper, or previous kits?

If you're one of those scrappers who LOVE embellishments or MUST have more paper, you can shop for all this and more in the Members Only Area. Once you sign up for your membership, you will receive a username and password to access our Members Only area, where you can purchase an extra embellishments, extra paper, specialty items and kits, or past kits, if available! You have until the 25th of each month to add this to your cart to be shipped with your next kit!

I added items to my cart, now what?

Our shopping area acts just like a “virtual shopping cart”. You can add or remove things until midnight on the 24th of each month. On the 25th you’ll be billed for your next months kit and anything in your shopping cart! They will then be shipped together for you the first week of the month. This is a great way to cut down on shipping costs and avoid paying double the shipping!

I am not a KNK Member. Can I still buy items from your store?

Currently, the additional items in our store are only available to current KNK Members with at least a one-month membership! You are welcome to browse through the store to see all our items, but in order to buy any specialty items you do need to have at least a one-month membership!

What if I don't want to sign up on the Web site. Can I sign up over the phone?

Yes! You can sign up for your membership 2 different ways: via our Web site through our secure server or call us at 877-565-8729. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-9pm EST.

If I refer my friends, do I get any special discounts?

Of course! For every 5 friends that you refer to the club, you will get your next month's kit free of charge! You MUST make sure that your friends enter your Full Name in the given field when checking out. All orders placed via phone will be given the opportunity to let us know who referred them!

How much is shipping for the kits? Do you ship internationally?

Shipping cost for kit within the US is an additional $5.00 per month (USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation).

International shipping is as follows:
We are happy to offer international shipping! When checking out, you will select your country, and shipping rates will be applied accordingly. Shipping to Canada is $10.00 via Global Priority. International shipping to most other countries is $15.00 via Global Priority or Air Mail. We still check the rates as we get international orders, and adjust the prices if needed.
